Manuel Emilio Cabrera (Manu Cabrera) was born in the city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He is the CEO and founder of Mec Fitness Studio.​A marketer by profession but  he is also a broadcaster, TV presenter, actor, producer and model.

He resides in the city of Hollywood Florida, USA. Fitness lover understanding that a healthy and healthy life goes hand in hand with good exercise routines and correct nutrition. In 2015, he came in at number 20 in Men's Health magazine's Ultimate Guy Search competition that featured more than 1,000 U.S. entrants. Manu has worked in the movies: Culpables, High Risk, Alma Azul, Hija de la Luna and Rude Teenager.

He has had several theater presentations of monologues written by himself. He hosts his own show called Manu the Show on his YouTube channel Manuchannel18.​He is passionate about dancing, photography, traveling and sharing unforgettable moments with his friends and family.​He is also a philanthropist who every day looks for ways to help foundations that work for the benefit of those most in need.
